TCAS and Animal Control are funded through dog licenses, fines/fees, and donations.

Cat and dog food, along with any other donations, can be dropped off at the shelter. While we go through a tremendous amount of food we are always in need of other supplies. (Dawn soap, bleach, towels/linens, enrichment activities, etc.)
